Please read and accept the terms below. This is a plain-English summary of how we work together.
1. Care & safety
Poppy & the Pooches will care for your dog as if our own, keeping groups small (max 4) and well-matched. We're fully insured and trained in canine first aid. We can't guarantee a dog will never pick up a minor scrape, illness or upset on a normal walk.
2. Health & honesty
You confirm the information above is accurate, your dog is fit to be walked, vaccinated, and you've disclosed any health or behaviour issues. You'll tell us promptly if anything changes.
3. Bookings, cancellations & payment
Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or change a walk; late cancellations may be charged. Payment is due weekly by bank transfer or cash, as agreed with Poppy. Prices are per dog and as listed, and may change with reasonable notice. Additional dogs from the same household are +50% per extra dog on walks, and +£10 per night on overnight stays.
4. Access & keys
Any key or access details are held securely and used only to collect/return your dog. Codes should be shared by WhatsApp, never stored on forms.
5. Liability
Poppy & the Pooches holds public liability and care, custody & control insurance. Except where caused by our negligence, we aren't liable for pre-existing conditions, illness, or behaviour outside our control. You remain responsible for your dog's actions towards third parties.
6. Photos & data
We keep your details only to provide the service and never share them. Photo use is only with your consent above.
7. Off-lead
Dogs are walked off-lead only with your consent and where Poppy judges it safe; otherwise they stay on lead.
